Newly refurbished, bright and well presented self catering holiday flat.
The flat is on the first floor. Entered off a traditional Edinburgh communal stairwell. There is no lift.
Our flat has windows to the front over looking the bustling life of The Royal Mile.
The sitting / dining / kitchen area is open plan. The comfortable sitting area has a digital television with Freeview, DVD player and a CD/radio. The fully fitted and newly equipped kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge, washer & drier, kettle, toaster, microwave and ironing facilities are provided.
Bedroom
The sleeping accommodation comprises one double bedroom. A double sofa-bed in the sitting area extends the sleeping capacity to four. Cot available on request.
The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
Full bedding and towels are provided. Changed weekly for rentals of more than one week.
The property is gas central heated.
The owners provide complimentary coffee, tea, milk, sugar, biscuits
