Please note that any additional guests staying with Innercitylets, other than those booked for will be charged for.

Any damage/theft or loss of property will result in a penalty charge to your credit card without notice. We will replace any item / items with the nearest possible on sale. The full amount will be deducted from your credit card.

The entire apartment is NON-SMOKING.

Cancellation Policy – we require full payment for the apartment at 28 days before arrival to secure the booking. Late / No payment may result in your booking being cancelled. Deposits are refunded at our discretion.

Innercitylets.com reserve the right to change guests accommodation to another apartment that we deem to be of equal quality and number of possible occupants without notice if required.

If the booking is cancelled either by yourself or by us due to non payment of your balance at any time after 28 days you will forfeit the 20% deposit paid.
