Abercromby Place is situated amidst the Georgian elegance of Edinburgh's New Town, and only five minutes walk from the world famous Princes Street.

The very large front room overlooking the park contains an open plan kitchen and living area.
The craftsman made kitchen is very well equipped with Ceramic hob, Corian worktops, Electric oven, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee machine,Toaster, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Dryer and Dishwasher.
The lounge area has a flat screen TV, free broadband internet and a Bose media player.
The room also has a dining area suitable for up to 6 people. There are traditional wooden shutters, original features such as a marble mantlepiece and contemporary furnishings.
Master Bedroom
This beautiful bedroom is located at the back of the house and has a king-size double bed, wooden shutters, safe and flat screen TV.
