This top floor 2 bedroom apartment overlooks The Royal Mile and boasts magnificent views across the city. Decorated in a clean and modern style this property really is a home from home when visiting Edinburgh for either Business or pleasure..

Lounge

The lounge is large and bright with seating for up to 6 guests. The room is well proportioned with a 6 person solid wood dining table to one side.. Good lighting with both central chandelier and floor standing lights.
Views from the lounge are of The Royal Mile and St.Marys street.

Main Double Bedroom

Double bedroom one is to the front overlooking The Royal Mile. A Good sized double with plenty of storage, very bright and well proprotined.

Second Double Bedroom

The second double bedroom is located to the rear of the property with views out over the city to the Firth of Forth. Another good sized room, bright with plenty of storage.

Kitchen

Original 1970’s style Retro kitchen equipped with everything you will need for a city-break here in Edinburgh.

Washing machine, cooked, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave kettle, toaster.

Bathroom

A recently refurbished bathroom to the rear of the apartment that is bright clean and fresh with bath, shower etc.

Clean simple 3 piece suite.

"Lovely Apartment"

Myself and 5 other women stayed in this apartment for a birthday weekend in July 2011. The apartment was very clean and of a very good standard, and extremely close to the Royal Mile. Everything you could need was provided and there was plenty of space for us all. The only down side to this apartment is the 5 flights of stairs to get to it. It was mentioned on the website and after a few times up and down we soon got used to it. We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh and will not hesitate to use Innercity Lets again. I will also be recommending it to anyone I know who is visiting the area. Thank you Jon and Ann for your communication before and during our stay, it helped the weekend run smoothly.

"nice"

nice apartment. there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and the ability to get in contact with the owner which was frustrating at first but we worked out the problem on our own and the rest of the stay was great. The apartment was clean and there was plenty of room for all (2 couple and a teenager). The location was great but the stairs up to the apartment were a bit of a pain with all our luggage and after running the Edinburgh marathon! I would not hesitate to use InnerCityLets again if/when we travel back to Edinburgh!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great for us!It's a big enough aparment for 6 and it had everything we needed!The stairs were good exercise!The location is perfect- so central!We would come back!

Location perfect for all sightseeing and visits to galleries etc. The apartment is very well cared for and well worth a stay. Its the second time we have been but will definitely not be the last.
