The main shopping and commercial thoroughfares of Princes Street and George Street are within comfortable walking distance and include major high street retailers, fine restaurants and fashionable bars.

The property is conveniently located for Edinburgh University as well as many famous and historical places of interest including galleries, museums, theatres and the new Scottish Parliament. Excellent recreational facilities can be found at The Royal Commonwealth Pool and Sports Centre and pleasant walks can be enjoyed in Holyrood Park which is very close by.
A wide selection of bus services are available nearby giving access to most areas of the City.

The apartment is located in a secure, well maintained building with a lift and audio/visual intercom system and has an allocated parking space.

Lounge

Good sized bright lounge with leather sofa's and dining area. Wooden floors.

Bedrooms

Parkgate has two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower-room and there is also a family bathroom with another shower. We provide all linen, towels and power.

2nd double bedroom which can be booked as a twin or as a king size bed on request.

For guests staying more than one week a change of linen is provided each week
