Rose apartments, luxury city centre living in Edinburgh's stunning world heritage site. situated in a prime location right in the heart of the city. located on the city’s famous and historic Rose street, the apartment provides the highest quality of standards for those on business or leisure.

The apartment has recently been tastefully modernised whilst still retaining original features from the 18th century building.

There are 2 double bedrooms with ample storage.

Extra double bed can be added in lounge for £25 per night to allow 6 Adults

Check in details

Check in time is 2pm onwards on the date of arrival. Check out is by 11.00am on the date of departure. guests will be greeted by someone to drop off the keys or alternatively a code will be emailed at time of booking for the keysafe ( further details will be given at time of booking).

A late check out may be possible depending on availability, enquiries can be made on arrival to confirm this. late check out time is 3pm and a fee of £25.00 will be required.

Additional information

Parking is available at a cost of £15.00 on a 24hr basis. Spaces are limited so requests must be made at time of booking. The spaces are adjacent to the property so proximity is ideal. Linen changed weekly or on request of the client.

The city centre has great links to edinburgh airport with a regular bus service (every 15 minutes) which takes you right into the centre.

The apartment is just a minute or two walk for the nearest stop. (bus service numer 100)

Waverley train station is a 5-7minute walk from the apartment.

All guests receive a complimentary welcome pack including all the essentials.

"Quality apartment in great location!"

What a great find! This modern, well furnished and equipped apartment had everything we needed and in such a great location, everything Edinburgh has to offer is within easy reach, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops literally right on the doorstep. We arrived just in time for the Festival fireworks, which we watched from the end of the street! The only downside was noisy dustbin collection but being so central far outweighed this. Gareth was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend.

"A great find!"

This is a nice apartment in a great location. There are numerous resturants and shops right on Rose Street as well as the surrounding neighborhood. The street is closed to car and truck traffic after 10:00 each morning so it is nice to stroll along both day and night. Located in New Town it is only a short walk to Old Town and the Royal Mile. The apartment was one flight of steps above the street and had nice size bedrooms, and a bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The owner was great to deal with and he did his best to make our stay enjoyable. We recommened this apartment to anyone interested in exploring Edinburgh on foot.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely modern apartment which is in a great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could need. Gareth the owner was very helpful and at hand to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere lovely to stay in Edinburgh. Highly recommended.

Me and a group of my 4 friends stayed in this apartment for a few nights, the apartment itself was very clean and beautifully presented. It had everything you could need in it; tv, wifi, washing machine, fridge freezer as well as other touches such as bread, butter, milk and jam waiting for us on our arrival. The apartment is easy to get to and is a 2 minute walk to Princess Street and George Street and is in walking distance to an array of bars and restaurants along Rose Street itself. We had no problems the whole weekend and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for myself and the group I visited with. As performers at the Fringe it was close to the Royal Mile (ten minute walk) and was surrounded by good places to eat, drink, shop and buy food for the apartment itself. All of the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds and sofa bed were all comfy, and the kitchen provided everything needed for a long stay. The landlord was easy to communicate and get hold of (prior and during stay), so if there were to be any problems or requests it would be easily solved. In our case the only example was that we requested extra towels, and these were provided prior to our arrival. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and there was not one problem with the apartment. Would recommend as a great place to stay for any other younger groups, performers or families.
