This 2 bedroom luxury self-catering holiday apartment is situated smack bang in the heart of The Royal Mile.. Very close to both St Giles Cathedral and the famous Edinburgh Castle. It really does make the perfect Edinburgh holiday apartment.

Lounge

Located on the third floor it has large bright windows overlooking the pedestrian section of The Royal Mile up by Edinburgh Castle.

A very comfortable lounge with ample seating are and a great window seat where you can take in the fantastic views of The Royal Mile.
The apartment is open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area. Digital television with Freeview, DVD player and a CD / radio with an iPod dock.

Bedrooms

The apartment has 2 great bedrooms. One double is located to the rear and a twin bedroom with secondary glazing located to the front. There is also a Sofa-Bed that can add an extra guest. Sleeps up to 5 Adults.

Kitchen / Dinning

The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and microwave. There is a large dining table that can seat up to eight guests.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a power shower over the bath.
