Lothian house is a Grade 1 listed Art-Deco building right in the heart of the city just a couple minutes walk from the Grassmarket, Edinburgh castle and the Meadows.
The building has private apartments, shops on the ground floor and theFilmhouse Cinema.
The building also houses a private swimming pool, Sauna and gym that is available for residents.

A good size open plan lounge with plenty of light flooding in via the newly fitted double glazed windows.
42" LCD Tv is mounted on the wall in the lounge and ample seating on the comfortable sofa's (one of the sofa's is a sofa-bed) makes this the perfect Edinburgh Holiday Apartment for a couple or young family visiting the city.
There is a Travel Cot, High Chair and board games supplied.
