Scotland’s capital may not be the first place you think of when planning a golfing trip but you would be mistaken… Edinburgh and the surrounding area has some of the best golf courses you can find anywhere. The views of Edinburgh from some of the more local courses are simply stunning, if you travel towards East Lothian you have championship courses such as the 15 time Open Championship course at Muirfield where the Open will be held again this year, Royal Musselburgh and 3 fantastic courses at Gullane… again Championship courses… these are just a few, below is some of our favourites.
