This 3 Bedroom Edinburgh Holiday Apartment is located in Edinburgh Newtown just next to Stockbridge. Private parking space
Staying in this area is the perfect mix of being a few minutes walk to shopping on George Street / Princess Street and a stroll through Stockbridge where some of the best independent shops , bars and restaurants are.
Wether its a stroll to Inverlieth park and the cricket grounds or a wander up into town for some retail therapy.. staying in this part of the city really is ideal... a true "living like a local" experience.

The Apartment

The flat is located on the top floor (2 flights of stairs only) of a Georgian style building. The building is finished in sandstone and matches those in New Town but the block was built in 2001.
This gives a number of benefits, the communal entrance areas are wide and welcoming, there is secure private parking and the interiors of the flats are fitted out with up to date fittings. However, the windows are still sash and case wood, and there are high ceilings maintaining that traditional look and feel.
The flat is fully fitted with good quality and comfortable furnishings and is 90m2.

There are 2 Bathrooms.. 1 Ensuite in the master bedroom and a family bathroom. Both beautifully decorated. Both with shower.. the family bathroom has a bath also.

Access on foot is normally from Clarence St, then you have 2 flights of stairs to flat 8 on the upper level. If you are parking the parking bay associated with the flat is number 12, this is the first one on your rhs as you enter the car park under cover, it is a single bay, next to the stairwell and nobody else can park next to you.
Please note that the maximum height in the car park is 83” or 2.10m.
If you are accessing the flat from the car parking there are 4 flights of stairs.
So if you have bags and luggage it is far easier to stop on Clarence Street unload into the communal hallway of number 23 and then park saving you carrying everything up too many stairs!
