The open plan living/dining area with kitchen is the ideal space for unwinding after a long day sightseeing, or planning your next adventure. Super-comfy sofas, large flat screen TV with Sky, and unlimited WiFi provide the usual home comforts, whilst the exclusive balcony with leafy Castle views adds an extra touch of luxury. The modern kitchen is on hand with everything you need to cook up a storm (or grab a quick slice of toast!), including a double oven, integrated coffee machine, and dishwasher. A large dining table is perfect for enjoying your culinary endeavours.

Moving through to the main hallway, the contemporary décor continues. The large family bathroom features a corner bath tub, and a separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.

When it’s time to rest, you’re spoilt for choice with three double bedrooms. The master suite benefits from both an en suite shower room and dressing room; the second bedroom also has an en suite shower room, and a third bedroom completes the property.

Located just North of the city centre, a stay at The Fettes Penthouse Residence puts you under two miles from the city centre and its main attractions, such as Edinburgh Castle. If you don’t fancy the walk, a taxi will get you right in to the heart of the city in less than 15 minutes, or you could take advantage of one of many buses leaving outside from Crewe Road.

If you fancy living as the locals do, two of Edinburgh’s best loved neighbourhoods are close by. Stockbridge, a delightfully quaint village-like area, is just a 20-minute stroll away, and you’ll find its cobbled streets lined with independent delis, cafes and galleries. The market held in Jubilee Gardens every Sunday is not to be missed! Leith is 2 miles East, a thriving and up-and-coming multicultural district, home to more than one Michelin star and countless bars and bistros along The Shore.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and 40 pounds for arrivals after 11pm. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
