Situated in the historic Ramsay Garden area, set in quiet courtyard surroundings, the apartment is located in arguably the best address in Edinburgh.

Downstairs the scene is set with a grand entrance hall leading to the opulent master bedroom, single bedroom, family bathroom, luxury modern kitchen with Aga, and dining room with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle. Moving upstairs, you’ll find two further double bedrooms, a shower room, and large living room and adjoining drawing room. If you can peel yourself away from the phenomenal views, your entertainment needs are met with unlimited WiFi and BT vision TV package.

Can we talk about this brilliant location again? Once you’ve finished admiring the city from above, you’ll find everything right on your doorstep. Sitting right in the centre of the Old Town with Edinburgh Castle as your neighbour, you have all of the city’s famous attractions at your fingertips. The Royal Mile starts just yards from your front door, and you can be in the heart of the New Town with less than a 10-minute stroll. Shoppers are in luck, too, as cocktails and designer handbag heaven George Street and Multrees Walk are just ten minutes from the apartment; and culture vultures will be kept happy being just a stone’s throw from the Scottish National Gallery.

If you want to go further afield, there are plenty of bus routes stopping around the corner at The Mound to take you all over the city. Arriving is a doddle, too. Waverley train station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, which is also the start/finish of the airport Airlink bus.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 11pm will incur a fee of £40. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

On the lower level, a central hallway leads to the kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, family bathroom, and stairs up to the upper floor. On the upper floor, a hallway leads to two bedrooms, living room and drawing room, and a shower room.
