The spacious living room welcomes you to put your feet up after a long day’s exploration in the city, boasting sumptuous sofas, TV and WiFi. Feeling peckish? The large kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need to conjure up some gastronomic magic – perhaps with local ingredients from the nearby Stockbridge market.

Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom offer a peaceful night’s sleep and plentiful guest storage; and a family bathroom with shower over bath complete this delightful home from home.

The Dean Terrace Residence sits pretty in charming Stockbridge, Edinburgh’s most beloved village-like borough. The local area is awash with independent delis, galleries and eateries, as well as larger supermarkets. We thoroughly recommend popping in to I J Mellis cheesemongers and Soderberg Swedish bakery, both just a few hundred yards from the apartment; or, on a Sunday, browse the local produce at the Stockbridge market just over the road at Jubilee Gardens. Once you’ve picked up a few treats, you can take a ten-minute stroll to our world famous Royal Botanic Gardens for a perfect lazy morning amongst nature.

Bordering Stockbridge is the New Town, famous for its Georgian architecture, art galleries and designer shopping; and so culture vultures can find themselves in the thick of it in just a five-minute stroll. When you find yourself hankering for something a little more Medieval, the Old Town, home to Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Grassmarket and Holyrood, is just one mile from the apartment.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 11pm will incur a fee of £40. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
