Cool, calm and collected, The East Claremont Residence is just perfect for your next visit to Edinburgh. Spanning over nearly 1,400 square ft, this four-bedroom apartment sleeps up to eight guests and boasts plenty of space and light.

The open plan living and dining area is an idea space for unwinding after a long day exploring the city, with sumptuous sofas, unlimited WiFi and flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a dishwasher.

Four bedrooms ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, all with double beds and plentiful storage. A family bathroom with shower over bath and an additional shower room complete this charming home from home.

In terms of location, you’re just a haggis’ throw away from the main action. Set in the New Town, famous for its glorious Georgian architecture, your local area is awash with art galleries and independent eateries; and our famous medieval Old Town, home to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Grassmarket, is one mile away. Those visiting us for an indulgent weekend are in luck, as George Street and Multrees walk (cocktails and designer boutique heaven) are just a 15-minute walk away.

Fancy something Michelin starred? Not a problem! The Shore, lined with bistros, bars and of course a star or two courtesy of Martin Wishart and Tom Kitchin, is just five minutes in a taxi. A few minutes further will see you at rainy day paradise Ocean Terminal, packed full of high street shops, PureGym, Vue Cinema and plenty of family favourite restaurants.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 11pm will incur a fee of £40. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
