This charming alcove features an elegant round dining table with room for four guests; seated in fashionable style high-backed pearl-grey dining chairs. The integrated appliances include a gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge freezer and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals; completing this wonderful home from home.
Decorated in soothing, subtle tones, the spacious double bedroom overlooks the quiet rear of the apartment, ensuring a good night’s rest and features plenty of wardrobe space. And if you have business to attend to, there is also a small enclosed office space.
Just across the hall is the large, bright bathroom with an original artwork feature wall; a free-standing bath with overhead electric shower.

This apartment is centrally located so planning to either explore Edinburgh, more of Scotland or making that connection for homeward journey, you are no more that a 5 minute walk. Waverley Train Station is 5 mins away, the bus station is 2 mins away, the tram to the airport is 2 mins away and there is a taxi rank 2 mins away.
A meet and greet service is provided. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager who will meet you at the property, provide you with keys and will shown you around the property.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can be arranged but this depends on a same day departure. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
A refundable security damage deposit of £200 is payable 7 days prior to arrival, in case of any breakages or damages. This security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have only booked for two guests, there will be an additional fee for the provision of the sofa bed.
