This self-catering apartment is tastefully furnished, and features a wonderful open plan living-room with luxury, plush sofas / kitchen and dining space - the perfect place to sit back and relax after a after a day's sightseeing. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need to rustle up your own treats to enjoy on the bespoke wooden dining table. And if you have business to attend to, there is a small work station. Also on offer for guests' entertainment is WiFi, a good selection of books and jigsaw puzzles.

Time to rest? The double bedroom also enjoys generous proportions, with plentiful light from the skylights and features oodles of wardrobe space. A king size bed with memory foam mattress ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Two guests can make use of the double deluxe standard air bed in the living-room. A bright, white bathroom with overhead shower completes this lovely home from home.

The Canonmills Residence benefits from a fabulous city centre location, enjoying all the perks of city living. You'll be spoiled with a great selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants; all just a few minutes’ stroll from your doorstep in Broughton Street - perfect for lazy Sunday brunch or a spot of people watching. Fancy something more upmarket? Just a hop, skip and a jump away – you will find an abundance of fine dining eateries in the St Andrew Square and George Street areas. Shopaholics are in luck as the upmarket shopping street Multrees Walk – think Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Harvey Nichols – are just a stones’ throw away, as well as the well known retail haven, John Lewis.

When it’s time for something more touristic, all of Edinburgh’s main attractions are within easy reach. Edinburgh Castle, The Scottish Parliament, The Palace of Holyroodhouse and The Old Town are all within a reasonable walking distance.

There is a large Tesco store within a 5-minute walk for grocery shopping.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
