The comfortably furnished living-room / dining area has a plush leather sofa, and a cosy dining alcove – the perfect space to sit back and relax after a day’s sightseeing in the city. A Smart TV with Virgin Media cable package, WiFi internet access and a DVD player will take care of all your entertainment needs.

Fancy cooking up a treat? You’ll find everything you need in the modern, stylish kitchen. Integrated appliances include electric hob and oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer. A coffee machine offers that essential, early morning boost.

Moving through to the bedrooms, the double master bedroom features an original feature fireplace and offers ample wardrobe and storage space. The second bedroom has bunk bed. A family bathroom with shower, featuring a funky, exposed brick wall completes this charming holiday home.

Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat are an easy walk from the property, along with the Palace of Holyroodhouse, The Scottish Parliament and the historic Royal Mile. Accessing the city centre’s Princes Street and the imposing Edinburgh Castle, just a mile away, is a comfortable amble. Looking to go further afield? Take advantage of Edinburgh’s excellent bus service, providing frequently serviced routes on your doorstep.

This apartment is well catered for with many grocery stores / supermarkets nearby.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
