This apartment has been renovated to high standard, with a beautifully simple and tasteful decor. Located in a quiet wynd of the Old Town, this apartment offers the ideal space for couples, families and corporate travelers.

- Interior -
The home style atmosphere will make you feel welcome from the start.
It features a cozy living room, with a high end John Lewis sofa bed and spacious storage for the guests. It is truly the perfect room to relax in after sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped with a compact dining nook.
The hallway leads to a double bedroom and a modern shower room.

- Exterior -
The apartment is located within a group of modern private apartments, nestled in a quiet yet central lane of Old Town. The Royal Mile isn't the only thing on your doorstep. The Edinburgh Castle is only 15 minutes walk away, Palace of Holyroodhouse even closer, while St Giles' Cathedral, Arthur's Seat and Calton Hill only a 10 minutes radius from the apartment. Waverley Station is easely accessible and so is Princes Street, with its many shops, restaurants and The Gym Edinburgh. John Lewis and Omni Cinema are a 10 minutes walk from the bottom of Old Tolbooth Wynd via Calton Road.

- Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

- Important -
This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Directions

City centre from the airport.

By car:
The airport is about eight miles (12km) west of the city centre and the journey (via the A8 Glasgow Road) takes about 25 minutes in light traffic. Please note that vehicular access is allowed only via Calton Road, not from the Royal Mile under the archway. Luggage can be unloaded by parking in the courtyard before going to the car park.

Executive car transfer:
The Edinburgh Address can arrange an executive car pick up for you from the airport to your apartment - or other locations on request. Select the transport option when in the booking screen.

By tram:
Trams offer a frequent and reliable service linking the airport and the city centre. Interchange with rail services is available at Edinburgh Park and Haymarket stations. Other stops include Murrayfield Stadium and Princes Street.

If arriving by Train:
The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Waverly Train station. You can exit near Waverley Gate Car Park and right to Calton Road. After 400 metres turn right to Old Tolbooth Wynd.

By bus:
The Airlink 100 express and N22 night buses reach Waverley Bridge in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The Lothian Buses No 35 also runs into city centre but calls at local destinations en route, and continues to Leith.

Parking

The parking is a secure underground parking connected by a lift accessible through a security code. The lift is directly adjacent to the flat.
