This modern, bright apartment is a stone's throw away from Princes Street and all of Edinburgh’s main sightseeing area as well as many fabulous shops, restaurants, cafes, theatres and conference centres. It is a one bedroom property, sleeping 2 adults and 2 children under 10 total.
It is ideal for guests who are working here, with high speed WIFI and a comfortable desk to work from.

One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

There are two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The delightful open plan living area boasts full-length windows and almost sound-proof glazing.
The bright master bedroom has a large double bed, plentiful storage, and views over Shandwick Place. A modern family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle completes this lovely home from home.
The apartment is located in the bustling and well connected West End, with its many bars, restaurants, chemist, coffee shops and supermarkets. The tranquil Princes Street Gardens and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre are a short walk away. Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile are within walking distance, while Edinburgh Zoo is a short bus drive away. Haymarket and Waverley train stations are ten minutes away, while both tram and bus stops are at your door, taking you from Edinburgh Airport to just outside the apartment.
