This stunning apartment is located on the waterfront and has views across the Firth of Forth. This is a very large property located on the 6th floor, benefiting from private parking and a lift.

The spacious living area has a real leather suite, consisting of a Large Corner Sofa, 3 seater Sofa and a 2 Seater Sofa, along with a large flatscreen TV with SKY HD and DVD Player, and unlimited WiFi. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Neff Appliances and plentiful storage. The dining table comfortably seats 6.

All three bedrooms have views across the water, ample guest storage, and pocket sprung beds. Entertainment needs are also met with iPod docks and TVs and DVD players. The two master bedroom features a king size beds and an en suite shower rooms. A further third bedroom has twin beds. A family bathroom with bath completes this home from home.

Western Harbour has great transport links, The No. 10 bus from the rear of the apartment, and takes you to the city centre. Waverley train station is 3 miles away and the airport less than 10 miles away. Within a 5 minute short walk is an Asda Supermarket, which is open 24 hours 7 days a week.

There is also a Loch Fyne Fish Restaurant and Prezzo Italian Restaurant within a few minutes walk of the apartment, The Newhaven Quay family pub is also here. Ocean Terminal with all it's shopping, Restaurants Multi Screen Cinema and the Royal Yacht Britannia is a short walk away, this is also a main bus terminus for Edinburgh. The location is excellent combing excellent transport links, parking and stunning views.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

A central hallway leads to three bedrooms (two with en suite), living and dining area with kitchen, and family bathroom.

Every window has an amazing view, during the day and in the evening too, The terrace runs across the front of the lounge and main bedroom. All bedrooms face out onto the firth of forth, giving some of the most stunning views and sunsets you will ever see.
