This apartment is situated in the affluent West End, near Haymarket train station. A short distance from Princes Street and walkable to the Royal Mile, this is a great apartment for a family looking for a quiet area to rest at night without having to travel a long distance to reach the city centre.
The spacious living room and dining area has plenty of space for all guests to relax after exploring Edinburgh. Large bay windows flood the room with light and illuminating the chic and elegant decor. This room is equipped with TV (Virgin Media), DVD player, iPod dock stereo and WiFi for your entertainment needs.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you would require that is at your disposal and you can enjoy your home cooked meals at the large oak dining table.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and large, fitted wardrobe to store all of your luggage easily. The second bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower.

This apartment is a great location for all manner of stays. There is plenty of transport to choose from with the Tram line, Airport bus and many inner city bus routes travelling past the main road (a few minutes walk away), as well as Haymarket train station where you can travel further around Scotland from.
This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
