How do I Book?

To book one of our apartments you simply choose the dates you require and numberof guests. you will be presented with live "book now" properties that let you securley book imediatley or "Enquire for pricing" properties that allow you to request a rate direct from the owner.


Whats included in the price?

Our holiday apartments are Self Catering.

All apartments provide Fresh Towels and Fresh Linen. All apartments have free WiFi included.  Any questions regarding individual apartment please use "live chat" or email us.


What Time Is Check In / Out?

Normal Check In Time Is 4pm and Normal Check Out Is 11am. (this can vary slightly depending on apartment)

Most guests will require to check in early and check out late.. We will do our best to juggle both parties departing and arriving. If you require to drop off luggage on your arrival date then please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate. 


Is there a Security / Damage deposit?

All apartments have a set security deposit. If you booked direct with us then our system will send you a reminder of this within 7 days of arrival so you can securely pay online.

This is automatically refunded 24hrs after departure date. (your card company can vary the time slightly depending on if you use a credit or debit card but our system releases it automatically)

Depending on apartment you can choose the closest carpark here

I'm online - What does this mean?

Simply click "I'm online" to start a live instant message conversation with the manager Jon Anderson.

You will notice that it will state if Jon is online or Offline - Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm Mon/Fri GMT. Old fashioned phone calls are also welcome! or you can leave a message on chat for us to reply.


Where Do We Collect Keys?

Once you have made a booking you will receive a confirmation. We have a guest area for your booking with details of keys.. depending on your planned arrival time we will either meet you at the apartment or arange to leave keys in a secure location or key safe.

Any questions you have we will answer for you. Local Bars, Restaurants, Shopping etc.


How do I Pay My Balance?

You will have paid a deposit to confirm your booking.. we will email you an online invoice to pay 30 days prior to your arrival date alternatively you can login to your guest area and pay at any time or you can simply call us to make payment over the phone.

If you booked via an 3rd party agent some of the above payment detail may differ.. just email for details.


Basic apartment rules

When staying in one of our apartments there are some simple rules we ask that you would please abide by. Specific Terms are on your guest area for each apartment.

1) Remember that there are other private residents in the apartment block so please Keep noise to a minimum - Especially late at night!

2) Remember to lock the door when you leave and check where keys should be left.

3) Please double check you have all your possession before you check out.

4) Anything you damage by mistake - please inform us immediately.

5) Wash up all dishes you have used - or if possible use the dishwasher.

6) Don’t leave the apartment in a mess!



Age restriction

Our apartments don't normally accept groups under the age of 25. If your party does fall into this category please email / live chat us in advance of making a booking.


How far from the airport?

Edinburgh Airport is located only 8 miles from the City centre.

You can either take the Airport Express (see link in local info) this costs around 15 mins.

Alternatively you can take a taxi for around £25

Cancellation Policy

Our normal cancellation policy is: To book your apartment there is an initial deposit of 20% (some are 15% some 25%), this secures your booking and is non-refundable.
The balance for your booking is payable 30 days (some apartment owners request 6 weeks) prior to arrival date, once paid this is also non-refundable.

If you have booked direct with us then please contact us to see if we can rearrange your booking or offer a voucher code to use in the future.
