Beautiful and extremely comfortable flat. Good locations, views were amazing. Towels and master bedroom bedding were amazing. For you Americans, no washcloths ;). Stairs are a little difficult with bags but gorgeous rounded staircase. Loved the living room with a beautiful Christmas tree which made it very “Hallmark” like. Ceilings are very high. We just loved this apartment. Four of us on a girls trip and it was perfect. Great espresso/latte machine. The washer/dryer was cumbersome. All in all great place.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this extraordinary property. Location is quite convenient to everything. Magnificent high ceiling and enormous windows and drapes, looking out on the Edenborough Castle. We felt like Scottish Lords and Ladies here. Kitchen was functional and living room a nice space to hang. Beds were comfortable and everything was quite clean. Our expectations were exceeded here, great rental !

The flat was centrally located,20 minutes to many of the many tourists attractions. Surrounded by many pubs and restaurants. The flat itself is very well equipped and it's very accommodating.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved the views from the windows in the lounge. Very clean and comfortable beds . Easily walkable to all local attractions and restaurants. A great place to stay with family with the convenience of three bathrooms . Very well equipped kitchen and lovely touch to provide treats for us on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend this property and host .

This apartment was beautiful...we loved it. Quite spacious and well furnished and decorated. The location was wonderful with several pubs/restaurants located quite nearby along with grocery. The stairs leading up were known about ahead of time and easily climbed by the younger ones who helped out the older ones with luggage so not a problem. Easy in and easy out and right in the centre of old town. Would highly recommend it to all.

Would highly recommend this apartment. It is so lovely and has everything you would need for your stay in Edinburgh. Very spacious and loved the 3 bed/bath layout. It’s quite pretty and located on a perfect street with a close walk to the castle.

This three bedroom apartment located right across from the castle was a perfect location for our stay in Edinburgh. It was clean and being on the Second floor only a few stairs up for an easy access. Having the 2 1/2 bathrooms was nice for the four of us staying there. The linens and bedding were all high-quality and the apartment is well appointed and very tastefully done. It was an easy easy check in and easy checkout as well. Would highly recommend.

This was such a wonderful property for me and my family. The extra large sitting room was a lovely spot to sit and visit and the kitchen was well appointed. We felt at home and spoiled all at once. And of course it was an excellent location. Winner!

A luxurious splurge for sure but when you are in town to see Taylor Swift, you do it! This home was PERFECT! A wonderful layout for our family. You step out the door and are SO close to a million different locations that are key to the must do’s in Edinburgh. We walked everywhere and it was wonderful! The hosts were amazing and so helpful with every single question we asked. We were there for 3 nights and I wish it could have been longer!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. We were a group of 6 from ages 18-58. The location could not have been better - easily walkable to all the sites and yet in a quiet area for sleep. Everything was exactly as pictured! Grocery and tons of pubs and restaurants very close. In fact, one night we picked up frozen pizza from the grocery and enjoyed the kitchen and just being together. Loved that we were all on one floor. Three full bathrooms! We would 1000% stay here again. This apartment was the perfect end to our trip and we feel lucky to have found it!

We couldn’t be happier with the apartment. It is very roomy, clean, and up to date. The property managers and owners are lovely folks and very communicative. The check in process was a breeze. The location of the apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the cool things in Edinburgh, the castle and Royal Mile. I highly recommend.

I cannot explain in words how happy we were with this property! Everything was absolutely perfect. There was not one single thing that we needed that the home did not offer. Each room was expertly decorated and the atmosphere felt very warm and inviting. The views of the castle from the living room were a huge bonus! The location was perfect for those that like to be off the beaten path, but still within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were very pleased to see a farmer's market right across the street on Saturday morning where we enjoyed sausage rolls and pastries. I would 100% stay at this property again!

What a charming place to stay! We all loved staying there, and it was beautifully decorated! Kitchen was fully stocked with things you may need, including coffee, tea sugar, etc. Great views! Peaceful and private. And, it was very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. View of the Castle, quick walk to everything. We were extremely comfortable there and would definitely book this place again.

We loved the flat. It is so central, beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Walking distance to central Edinburgh. Flexible check in and checkout. We felt right at home and had a great time.

"We had a great time staying in this gorgeous apartment in a great location for exploring Edinburgh. Great views of the castle out of the front rooms.
It was a lastminute booking only 24 hours ahead, and everything about was easy and smooth.
The apartment has all you need for a family to stay including a high chair. It was also a perfect place to play hide and seek with three little children! "
